August 4, 2011: Seven gorgeous babies joined us today,
the puppies of Lacey and Beau.
The Storm Litter came just days before a projected hurricane and they have experienced several storms and hurricanes in their young lives.
Of course they weathered them all inside our home with sheltered and loving arms.
Here they are at one month old. They have begun eating puppy chow and are quite good eaters. As you can see from their photos, they have not learned to smile yet (which is a genetic trait) but will be learning that within the next few weeks. They have learned to wiggle those little tails and are happy little babies.
