Special Delivery of one gorgeous male on December 7, 2009
Welcome Carolina's Bow Tie
---- Call Name:  Beau

Jan. 30th, 2010:  Beau is doing GREAT!!  He will be going to a search and rescue home to become another great SAR dog from Carolina Kennels!!  We will be watching as Beau grows and trains with Wendy Long.  WOW, what a looker...may have to show this little boy!!

Updates:  Beau is absolutely gorgeous!!  He has opened his eyes and is walking around, carrying plenty of weight as the only one feeding at the dairy farm!!  He is starting to get curious of his surroundings but still pretty much sleeping most of the day!!  It is going to be FUN to have this little man around!!!

It seems this litter was destined to consist of  one gorgeous little liver/white boy.  We will post pictures of him as he grows and keep you updated on his developement and progress.  He is a strong little fella and gonna be a looker!!   He has a little bow-tie on his back so he has been dubbed, Carolina's Bow Tie, aka BEAU!!  Welcome to our world, little Beau!! We have a lot of love to share!

Dec 7th:  Monday:  WHELPING HAS BEGUN....4:45 PM...ONE BOY....WILL POST OUR STATUS AGAIN IN THE MORNING....WILL BE QUITE BUSY TILL THEN.  A gorgeous boy!!

Dec 6th:  Sunday morning...6 am - 8 am...nothing yet....but all is well in the Carolina Kennels.....still awaiting the Christmas births.

Dec. 5th:  11:07 am...nothing yet.  Just got back from the vet and she is fine, no labor starting yet, no distress, and it is just a waiting game.....sigh......

Dec. 5th:  6:15 am....nothing yet.  We will be taking a trip to the vet this morning when they open ab out 8:30.    Momma Cammie acts fine but a bit lethargic, which may be absolutely normal.  She did eat a biscuit this morning but is not wanting to leave the whelping box.  Ssince she is potentially a few days overdue or due now...we feel a quick vet check is warranted. Holding our breath!

Dec 4th:  1:15 pm....nothing yet.  I expect this to be small litter, have felt movement inside the tummy, but no puppies yet....yawn....

Dec 3:  10 am - Nothing yet.....we have not begun....babies are not here yet...

While we are waiting...we always brainstorm for names....and since the theme will be Christmas, send us YOUR ideas for a puppy name...some we are considering include, Noel, Jingles, and your idea is_______________?  Send those to carolinakennels@2khiway.net

December 2, 2009:  2:00 pm....we are awaiting delivery to begin and Cammie is enjoying being the center of attention as we anticipate whelping.  We will keep you posted, as we can, with updates and our progress.
